Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Administrator/Helpdesk Support professional to handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including technical support, car tracking, record keeping, and data management. The role also includes maintaining camera hard drives and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT helpdesk support for office staff.
  • Manage car tracking and office record-keeping systems.
  • Download and organize data from camera hard drives.
  • Assist with basic IT tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing office supplies and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Familiarity with office administration tasks.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: 3,000 to 4,000 SAR
Location: Zahra, Jeddah

Position 2: Purchasing Executive with Local Saudi Customs Knowledge

Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with expertise in logistics, local and international sourcing, and supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Saudi customs regulations and be familiar with platforms like SABER & Fasah for handling shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle local and international sourcing for products and materials.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Manage procurement and logistics arrangements for both local and international shipments.
  • Identify new or alternative vendors to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and manage documentation using SABER & Fasah platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing and logistics, especially in Saudi customs and international freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency with SABER & Fasah platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
