Logistics Telemarketer (Female)
Job Summary: ARACON Group, a logistics solutions provider, is seeking a motivated Logistics Telemarketer to join the sales and customer relations team. The role focuses on generating leads and building relationships through outbound calls to potential clients in need of supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and communicate the benefits of ARACON’s logistics solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and market analysis.
- Set appointments for the sales team and follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns.
- Meet daily/weekly call quotas and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call reports and client relationship data using CRM tools.
- Build lasting relationships with potential clients to understand their logistics needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably within logistics or supply chain industries.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage objections and offer persuasive responses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- English and Arabic speaking.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in business or logistics is preferred.
