Secretary

Position: Secretary (female).

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role, with accounting experience.

Should be available in jeddah for immediate joining. (local hiring only).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or accounting preferred.

Minimum 2+ year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, with a focus on accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
