Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking an experienced Tickets Reservations Agent with proficiency in Amadeus and fluency in Arabic. The candidate will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements under high-pressure conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process ticket reservations using Amadeus.
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and related services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and schedule changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry policies.
  • Handle high volumes of reservation requests efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Amadeus for ticket reservations.
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under heavy pressure and handle high volumes of tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
